All returns can be shipped to the below address. For exchanges, feel free to hold onto your original order until your replacement arrives. For returns, refunds will be issued upon receipt.

Rochester Optical offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned product. Note we are unable to refund or reimburse for shipping costs associated with your original order or return/exchange.
To make a return or exchange request during the 30-day period, the customer will:
1. Fill out the returns form at www.rochesteroptical.com/returns or
2. Contact Rochester Optical Customer Service at 1-800-820-6616 to initiate the process.
Rochester Optical’s domestic Warranty Policy is as follows: All covered products by this Agreement are warranted against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, at Rochester Optical’s discretion, for one year from date of purchase. Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from an authorized Rochester Optical dealer. Warranty excludes products altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT, THE SERVICES TO BE PURCHASED UNDER THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT ARE FURNISHED AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To make a warranty claim during the one-year period, the customer will:
1. Contact Rochester Optical Customer Service at 1-800-820-6616 to report issue under warranty and provide proof of purchase.
