In her new role, Sager will lead and scale the North American sales organization for Rochester Optical and its Full-service Optical lab, and various in-house brands in multiple product categories, with full responsibility for driving sustainable revenue growth across the United States and Canada. Her priorities include deepening relationships with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), expanding engagement with Private Equity Groups (PEGs), and accelerating national retail partnerships.
